How To Do Imaginative Meditation

Today we’re gonna do an imaginative meditation. We go on a trip to the universe. Just follow my voice (Sounds creepy though). So are you ready to go? Alright. Well, let’s imagine. Now you’re in the universe. You’re alone. You’re isolated. Totally. What I mean is that there’s no one around you right now. Literally no one’s around you. Can you hear this sound? It’s a sound of vacuum (not a fart. Sorry). Anyway in fact, you can do whatever you want here. Because you’re free (Free to fart. Was that you? Sorry). Free to move. Free to breathe. Now let’s breathe together. Inhale. Exhale. Take it slow and repeat again.
